What Our Price Match Promise Means

If you find the same product available at a lower price from an eligible UK retailer, we will do our best to match that price. This helps ensure you can shop with confidence at Rubberduck Bathrooms, knowing you are getting a fair and competitive deal.

Eligibility Criteria (Like-for-Like Products)

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be exactly the same (like for like), including:
• Same brand and manufacturer
• Same model, size, colour, finish, specification and SKU where applicable
• The product must be:
• Brand new
• Supplied in original packaging
• Not clearance, ex-display, refurbished, end-of-line, damaged, seconds, or customer returns
• The product must be currently in stock and available to purchase from both Rubberduck Bathrooms and the competitor at the time of the request

Eligible Competitors

We will only consider price match requests from reputable UK retailers that meet the following standards:

• Operate as a legitimate UK business
• Have an established, professional website
• Operate a physical showroom or trade counter
• Provide customer service support (phone, email, or in-store)
• Hold a strong reputation, typically supported by a high volume of positive reviews (for example, a consistently high or 5-star rating on recognised review platforms)

This ensures we are comparing like-for-like not only on product, but also on service, support, and reliability.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Private sellers or individual traders
• Online marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or similar platforms
• Auction sites or bidding-based sales
• Clearance, outlet, liquidation, or closing-down sales
• Trade-only, members-only, or invitation-only pricing
• Prices that include promotional bundles, free gifts, cashback, or conditional discounts
• Pricing errors or misprints on competitor websites
• Prices that rely on discount codes, vouchers, or finance incentives not available to the general public

Delivery, Installation & Additional Costs

• The price match applies to the product price only
• Delivery, installation, removal, or any additional service charges are excluded unless they are clearly included in both prices and are directly comparable
• Where a competitor price excludes VAT or delivery, we will compare on a like-for-like basis

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact our team before placing your order and provide:

• A direct link to the competitor’s product page
• Confirmation that the product is in stock
• Any relevant details to confirm it is an identical product

Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under our Price Match Promise.

Our Right to Refuse or Withdraw

• Rubberduck Bathrooms reserves the right to refuse any price match request that does not meet these terms
• We may limit the number of price match requests per customer
• The Price Match Promise may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended at any time without prior notice
• Price matching is offered at our discretion and is subject to verification

General

• The Price Match Promise cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases
• The Price Match Promise cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes unless stated otherwise
• All decisions made by Rubberduck Bathrooms regarding price matching are final
