Shipping/Postage Information

Due to the large scale of items and the number of suppliers, we have created this page to help answer some of the FAQ's we recieve about deliveries. This information is for information only and not parts of our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping/Postage FAQ's

How much will my delivery cost?
Many of our items all come with FREE delivery as standard but all delivery charges are shown in your shopping cart before checkout.

How long will my delivery take?
This depends on the item(s) you order and the quantities of items you order, some items on the website have the estimated delivery time displayed or a deliver tab with delivery information. Many of our items are available with next day delivery/first-class deliver Free Of Charge (FOC). Most items are delivered within 3-5 working days. You will be contacted by email by ourselves with a delivery date once you have placed your order. The tracking number for FedEx will also be supplied. Please ensure you have supplied a valid phone number as curriers will call you to arrange delivery times. Next Day Delivery refers to the next working day when placed before 2pm and is stock depending.

Is it a two-man delivery?
Most items are delivered on a 3rd Party transport and are a single man delivery. If you are ordering large items such as shower enclosures, shower wall panels, baths etc please ensure there is an able-bodied person on-site to help deliver the items.

How are my items delivered?
Many items we hold in stock are delivered with FedEx or Royal Mail and are on a next day or First Class service, these items are smaller none fragile items. Other larger and fragile items are delivered either by specialist courier or by the manufacturer themselves to ensure that the items reach you in perfect condition and ASAP.

Grant Westfield items, including MultiPanel, TwinFloor, CeilingPanel etc are delivered by the manufacturer. Items can take between 3-7 working days to be delivered (stock depending) but most are delivered within 3 working days. Click here for additional information.

Roman Showers, shower enclosures, shower screen and larger Roman items are delivered direct by Roman Showers, direct from the manufacturer, to ensure the items are received in pristine condition. 3-7 working days to be delivered (stock depending) 

Wetwall is delivered by the manufacturer. Items can take between 2-7 working days to be delivered (stock depending) but most are delivered within 3 working days.

Showerwall is delivered by a specialist courier. Items can take between 2-7 working days to be delivered (stock depending) but most are delivered within 3 working days.

Nuance is delivered by a specialist courier. Items can take between 2-7 working days to be delivered (stock depending) but most are delivered within 3 working days.

Further Information

All displayed item PRICES INCLUDE  VAT but NOT the postage. Shipping or postage costs will be added during checkout depending on the number of and type of item(s) in your shopping cart. Postage is also calculated on the area of the UK you wish to have the items delivered. Postage is calculated via the weight of items. Weight of items shown on the postage estimator and manufacture information on item descriptions are for Rubber Duck Bathrooms postage purposes only and not the actual weight of items. Due to new pricing of item postage, priced by proportion (not weight alone), and the different ways in which our items are posted ie Roman Shower deliver their own items other items may be posted by Royal Mail or 3rd Party, postage is calculated on a postage scale. The shipping weight is an indication of the position on the scale and price of postage. To see the price of the postage for your item(s) please use the shipping estimator within your shopping cart once item(s) are added to your cart.

Many items can take between 3-7 working days to arrive but this can vary or be longer. On larger orders we try to have all the items arrive at the same date however this is not always possible.

Free delivery is offered on many of our items. This is available to UK mainland customers only. None mainland customers will be charged an additional delivery charge or a full refund offered.

We have a 2pm delivery cut off time for processing order for dispatch next day and delivery schedule.

If you have any problems with any of our items please contact us as soon as possible and we will organize a replacement product if required, and collection of the item. Please see our Terms And Conditions page for full returns information.

All postage costs are for Mainland UK only. Northern Ireland Customers please contact us before placing an order and we can advise on the postage costs.

  1. All goods should be checked for damages upon receipt, and notification of any damages should be received within 24 hours.  
  2. Delivery dates given are APPROXIMATE and subject to alteration upon product availability. 
  3. Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked. RubberDuck Bathrooms DO NOT and WILL NOT accept liability for any 3rd party costs incurred as a result of any delays in despatch or incorrect fitments of ordered items (please check measurements).  
  4. Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. Carrier staff will be as helpful as possible but they will need assistance with heavy loads and we regret that they are NOT insured to carry goods upstairs.  
  5. All deliveries are made by 3rd party carriers, Parcel Force etc. 
  6. Carrier staff are carrier staff only, they will be as help full as possible but work to strict timelines and should not be held up while delivering any items. If items can't be delivered due to persons not being available to sign for delivery any additional delivery charges will be chargeable to the customer.
  7. The risk of the goods passes to the customer from the time of delivery to the customer or any carrier or agent acting on their behalf.
