All tile orders are dispatched and delivered on a pallet to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Mixing Tiles on a Pallet:

If you wish to mix different tiles on a single pallet, please follow these steps:

• Select the "Pallet Tile" option on one tile product when adding it to your cart.
• For additional tile designs, use the "Add to Pallet" option when adding them to your order.

Each pallet can hold up to Max 35m2 of tiles.

Collection Option:

Prefer to collect your tiles? You can pick up your order from our Middlesbrough branch during our opening hours.

All tiles must be inspected on delivery to ensure there are no damages and damages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Due to batching excesses tiles/over orders are none returnable.
