Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE: Kinewall deliveries are fulfilled directly from our distributor and are made by a single delivery person to the kerbside only. Please ensure that an able-bodied person or persons are present at the time of delivery to assist with the safe handling and movement of the goods.

Panels should always be stored flat and indoors to prevent bowing or distortion.

Panels must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for any damage or visible defects. Panels are supplied with a protective clear film over the decorative face. Where necessary, this should be carefully peeled back to inspect the panel for damage or any colour discrepancies, then replaced to protect the surface during installation.

Do not install any panels that are found to be defective or damaged.

Once the panels or profiles have been cut or installed, they will be deemed to have been accepted as satisfactory in terms of quality and suitability for purpose. Consequently, we cannot accept any subsequent claims relating to visible faults, defects or damage that could have been identified prior to cutting or installation.

Prior to installation, the panels, adhesives and sealants should be conditioned for a minimum of 48-72 hours in the area where they are to be installed, or in an environment with similar temperature and humidity conditions.
