AquaTank SA Tape+ creates an effective waterproof layer in corners, connections between the floor and wall, joins between panels, pipe or balustrade junctions and bathroom outlets. At 75mm wide AquaTank SA Tape+ is easy to use and provides totally waterproof joints.

Installation Guidance

Surface Prep:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, dust-free, and primed if required. For porous substrates (e.g. plasterboard), we recommend using AquaTank Pro-Tile Primer beforehand.

Apply Tape:
Peel off the release liner progressively and press the tape firmly into place along corners, joints, or penetrations. Smooth out with a roller or flat edge to eliminate air bubbles.

Overlap Joints:
When using multiple lengths, ensure a minimum 50mm overlap to maintain waterproof integrity.

Finish With Membrane:
Overcoat with AquaTank Neo-Flex Membrane, ensuring full coverage over the tape and surrounding area.
