Back to wall toilets (BTW) are used in plumbing situations where a concealed cisterns are used, for example on bathroom furniture or when the cistern is hiden inside a wall. Back to wall toilets do not require any fixing frames as they sit on the floor but do require a cistern, either wall mounted cistern or furniture cistern.
