We promise to beat any quote from a competitor on a like-for-like basis.

By like-for-like we mean:

• Identical products and specifications.
• Matching our delivery terms – therefore, delivery must be offered within a similar timescale and delivery charges should match our own.
• We will normally beat competitors’ sale and promotional prices, but not ex-display, B-grade or other ‘special purchase’ offers.

Supply & Installation

We promise to beat any quote from and high street showroom on a supply and installation on a like-for-like basis as long as they match our supply only terms (listed above), employ their own fitting teams (no sub contractors) and matching qualifications

Applying the price promise:

You will need a written quote from a Local High Street competitor. We apply the price promise prior to purchase only.

Exclusions:

Although we will try to price match most bathroom and plumbing suppliers there are some items we are unable to price match, these items include: 

• Boilers
• Boiler spares.
