the order was dispatched next day but due to a delivery problem my glass panel took a week to arrive. a phone call to rubberduck kept me informed at all times.i would have no worries about using them again both for fantastic savings and customer service second to none.

When my order went missing in the post, Rubber Duck undertook to send me a replacement - at no extra charge. Fortunately, the missing parcel turned up a few days later. Would definitely use this retailer again. Very cometitive prices.

Has been a while now since I ordered for first bathroom but wanted to use products for a while before commenting. Products purchassed from Rubberduck have been great, however I can only say the the service I received from the company when ordering was even better and the prices are very competitive. I recently purchased an Aqualiser Midas 200 shower from Rubber Duck. The site was informative and easy to use. The price was very competitive and the delivery really prompt. The goods were carefully packed and have presented absolutely no problems. I bought a Magnaclean from Rubber Duck because the price was lower than any other supplier quoted. the service I received was first class with extremely fast delivery. The next time I require any plumbing fittings I will go to Rubber Duck in the first instance.

I was delighted with the speedy delivery of the toilet roll holder. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the mirror.I believe Rubber Duck did try and get delivery sorted out with HIB but it took several weeks before it arrived.Not happy with HIB.

The products were delivered promptly and were exactly as described. We did have to return one unwanted item which meant we paid a handling charge, however this was clear at the time and the goods were cheaper than we could find elsewhere. Overall very happy and would use again.

I ordered a pump for an Aquelisa Shower a number of weeks ago. When it arrived I discovered I had ordered a pump for a different but similar model. I emailed Barry who assured me not to worry, that if if wanted to send it back he would credit my account until he sourced the pump I required. This he did and I now have my new pump fitted and it works perfectly. Excellent product, expensive item but when you spend thousands on a bathroom you only want the best, and it was a big saving at a competitive price. Clear pricing on site, easy to use ordering system. You can track the order also. but I had no need it was delivered in two days and nothing was missing.
