PLEASE NOTE: Tiles are delivered using a tracked pallet service that will deliver to the kerbside only.

The pallet company will contact you to book in the delivery. Please ensure an able-bodied person(s) will be present at time of delivery to assist in taking in the goods.

Tiles need to be checked on arrival for any damage and reported within 24 hours.

Tiles must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for damage or visible defects or damage. If any damage is found, please contact the customer service team within 24 hours, so that we can process any replacements.

Do not install tiles that you find to be defective.

Once the tiles or profiles have been cut or installed we regard this as an acceptance of their quality and suitability for purpose and therefore we cannot accept any subsequent claims for faults or damage.
