Christmas Availability 2022

Over the festive period our Internet Sales team, Showroom Staff and Trade Counter will be open on the following days and times.

Throughout the Christmas period, orders can still be placed through the website as normal. We will continue to process all orders placed with the cut of times for delivery in 2022 running up until the week commencing 19th of December. After which point it is advised you call to check on dispatch dates and times.

Delivery details will be prvided VIA email as normal. On days where we are operating with reduced number of staff, response times may be affected. When we are open, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and FedEx deliveries (or any orders using a next day service) will be processed and dispatched as normal. 

Please be aware any delivery times displayed on product pages may be affected during this period.

Stocked Item Dispatch Cut Off

Last day of dispatch 22nd December,

Small items (such as taps and plumbing equipment etc) will also dispatched on the 29th December before returning to normal on the 3rd January

Non-Stocked Item Dispatch Cut Off

Last day of dispatch varies between manufacturers with the last day for all being the 22nd of December.
