How the Winner Will Be Chosen

Winners will be selected fairly using a Google Random Number Generator.

Each eligible order will be assigned a number, and the draw will be carried out live on 17th June. The process will be completely random to ensure fairness for all participants.

World Cup 2026 Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Rubberduck Bathrooms (“the Promoter”), www.rubberduckbathrooms.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry where misuse or fraud is suspected.
3. How to Enter
Customers will automatically be entered into the competition when they place an order of £500 or more (excluding or including delivery depending on your store policy) on the Promoter’s website.
Each qualifying order of £500 or more counts as one entry into the draw.
Multiple qualifying orders will receive multiple entries.
4. Order Splitting & Manipulation
Customers must not split a single purchase into multiple orders to gain additional entries or manipulate delivery charges.
Orders may not be combined after purchase for the purpose of reducing delivery costs or altering eligibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to adjust, merge, or void entries where abuse of this rule is identified.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Any order that is cancelled, refunded, or returned in full or in part may be removed from the competition at the Promoter’s discretion.
If a winning order is later refunded or cancelled (fully or partially), the refund will be processed less the value of any prize already awarded.
Orders must remain valid and fully paid at the time of the draw to qualify.
6. Competition Period
The competition opens immediately and closes on 16th June 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).
Any qualifying orders placed after this time will not be included.
7. Prizes
1st Prize: England World Cup 2026 Shirt (Adult Size Large)
2nd Prize: England Junior Shirt
3rd Prize: Football
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection & Draw
Winners will be selected at random using a Google Random Number Generator or equivalent verified random selection method.
Each eligible order will be assigned a unique entry number.
The draw will take place on 17th June 2026, the day of England’s first World Cup match.
9. Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be delivered to the address provided on the winning order or another agreed UK address.
The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
11. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the competition rules.
Automated entries, bulk purchasing abuse, or attempts to unfairly increase chances of winning will invalidate entries.
12. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical errors, website downtime, or issues beyond its control that may affect entry.
The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prizes only.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
