Christmas Opening Hours 2018

Over the festive period our Internet Sales team, Showroom Staff and Trade Counter will be open on the following days and times.

Internet Sales

Closed: 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th & 26th December 2018

Open: 27th, 28th & 29th December 2017 - 9am - 3pm

Closed: 30th, 31st December, 1st January 2019

Open: 2nd January 2018 - Back to normal opening hours.

During closed days, order can still be placed online as normal and orders will still be processed as normal. Delivery update information will be given on emails as normal. On open days we will be operating with a reduced number of staff so call answering and response time may be effected. Royal mail and fedex deliveries (items with next day deliveries) will be getting processed and dispatched during open days as normal. Normal delivery times (as displayed on products) will be effected during this period due to closure of dispatch depot's.

Redcar Showroom

Trade Counter Middlesbrough

Fitting & Installing

Closed: 21st December - 2nd January 2019

All our fitters and installers will not be available during this period.
