Christmas Opening Hours 2017

Over the festive period our Internet Sales team, Showroom Staff and Trade Counter will be open on the following days and times.

Internet Sales

Closed: 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th December 2017

Open: 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th December 2017 - 10am - 4pm

Closed: 31st December, 1st January 2018

Open: 2nd Januray 2018 - Back to normal opening hours.

During closed days, order can still be placed online as normal and orders will still be processed as normal. Delivery update information will be given on emails as normal. On open days we will be opporating with a reduced number of staff so call answering and response time may be effected. Royal mail and fedex deliveries (items with next day deliveries) will be getting processed and dispatched durning open days as normal. Normal delivery times (as displayed on products) will be effected during this period due to closure of dispatch depos.

Redcar Showroom

Durning open days in the showroom, no home visit quotations will be available, prebooking for January Estimates will be available. 

Trade Counter

Closed: 21st December - 1st January

Open: 2nd Januray 2018 - Back to normal opening hours.

All thought the trade counter is closed, a member of the showroom team may be able to help

Fitting & Installing

Closed: 18th December - 2nd January 2018

All our fitters and installers will not be available during this period.
