Christmas Opening Hours 2021

Over the festive period our Internet Sales team, Showroom Staff and Trade Counter will be open on the following days and times.

During the Christmas period, orders can still be placed online as normal and orders will still be processed as normal. Delivery update information will be given on emails as per normal. On open days we will be operating with a reduced number of staff so call answering and response time may be affected. Royal Mail, Parcel Force and FedEx deliveries (items with next day deliveries) will be getting processed and dispatched during open days as normal. Normal delivery times (as displayed on products) will be affected during this period due to closure of dispatch depots.

Dispatch

Last day of dispatch 22nd December,

Small items (such as taps and plumbing equipment etc) will also dispatched on the 29th December before returning to normal on the 4th January
