PVC Cove Former Vinyl Floor Trim from Genesis - 2000mm

The PVC Cove Former Vinyl Floor Trim in Black from Genesis is ideal for support when fitting a wetroom or installing vinyl flooring that rides up the wall to form a skirting.

The Genesis KCOV vinly floor cove former provides a uniform cove allowing floor coverings to be dressed up the wall to form a skirting, whilst supporting the floor coverings at the weakest point. This helps to prevent any punctures or tears in the vinly floor.

• Profile Length: 2000mm
• Profile Width: Optional from the Drop Down Menu (20 / 35mm)
• Profile Depth: Optional from the Drop Down Menu (20 / 35mm)
• Profile Colour: Black

PVC Cove Former Installation Tips:

1. Cut the profile lengths to size using a sharp knife or saw. Make sure not to leave any sharp edges or protrusions that could puncture the vinyl
2. To help with the above, all cuts can be made with the aid of a mitre block to help keep corners and edges clean and tidy
3. Ensure the area and profile is dry, smooth and free from any contaminants
4. Apply appropriate adhesive to the wall and floor approx 20mm / 30mm out from the corner and leave to dry
5. Apply appropriate adhesive to the back of the profile and leave to one side to dry with the adhesive face up
6. Once the adhesive is touch dry, place the profile in position
7. Once in place apply firm pressure along the profile ensuring the profile makes full contact with the wall and floor and then leave to set in place
