Q: Are you part of Rubberduck Bathrooms in Solihull or Stockport?
A: No. We are not related to these companies. We are Rubber Duck Bathrooms Ltd and not to be confused with the above companies.
Q: Do you offer a fitting service?
A: No, we are supply only. Please use a qualified local plumber to fit your appliances.
Q: When should I book my plumber?
A: Please wait until all your goods are delivered, and you are 100% sure that everything is OK before booking any tradesmen. We always endeavour to deliver our bathroom items as soon as possible & without damage, but sometimes items may be on back order at the manufacturer, and due to the very fragile nature of many bathroom products, breakages may in transit. So it is always better to book a plumber once you have recieved your item and checked for any damage.
Q: I want to order, but I don't have a plumber yet! What do I do?
A: You can still take advantage of our low prices take delivery of the goods and thus ensure you have everything ready for when the plumber arrives.
Q: Can I order from anywhere in the world?
A: Rubber Duck Bathrooms Ltd distribute to mainland UK, Scotland And Wales. Extra delivery charges may apply for non mainland or highland addresses.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Rubberduckbathroom endeavours to have items to the customer as soon as possible, and within 7day of the order, how ever on larger items and items on back order from the manufacturer this time may vary. We will contact your via email supplied on checkout with information regarding your order.
Q: Can you supply me with a particular item I have seen elsewhere?
A: We will certainly try! Please contact us, using the link on the right, with a description you saw it (and a reference number if possible) and we will do our best.
Q: Is RubberDuck Bathrooms safe to deal with?
A: RubberDuck Bathrooms have been in the bathroom trade for over 30 years. Our site is secured using a SSL certificate and all informaton is encripted on our server. All payments are secured using Protx Direct and Steamline. When you enter your personal details, everything you type, is immediately encrypted (scrambled) on our servers. Once you enter your credit card details, everything you type, is once again encrypted (scrambled) by the Protx security systems. At no time is your credit card number e-mailed or accessible to anyone at Protx or RubberDuck Bathrooms.
Q: Why are your prices so much cheaper than my local showroom?
A: With no showroom to pay for and because we work on a very low profit margin the savings are passed on to you the customer.
Q: Can i have my items delivered to my place of work or friends house?
A: Yes we can post your items to a different postal address but for security your billing address must match your credit or debit cards billing address. You will be contacted regarding item to be posted to different addresses to obtain a reason why the item is to be posted to a different address and to confirm a signature can be obtained.
Q: I own a plumbing business, do you do trade accounts?
A: We can offer trade customers a trade account which make you eligable to discounts on large orders. Please contat us for more information and terms and conditions.
AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED
Q: What if I find things are damaged when delivered?
A: We will supply a new one as long as you tell us within a reasonable time and collect the old item. Please check all items once delivered as we can not replace item broken by plumbers or DIY jobs.
Q: What if you are unable to deliver in the agreed time scale?
A: Like any other company we may be let down by suppliers, transport, or other reason beyond our control. If we let you down, any posted items will be collected and we will offer a full refund. Refund will be refunded direct to the credit card used during purchase.
Q: How long are your guarantees?
A: Every item come with a manufacturer guarantee. Every manufacturer has there own guarantee terms. In general terms products carry a minimum 1 year guarantee. However some manufactures extend warranties for up to 25 years. Please check with manufactures website for more information.
Q I've lost my order details - what can I do?
A: Login to your account on our website and you can retrieve and print all the details you need.
Q: Will all my goods be delivered together or separate?
A: We always try to deliver all your items together, but in some circumstances, such as items being out of stock for long periods, we will deliver your goods separately. Also some of our manufacturers and suppliers deliver directly to you.
